Professional Background & Legal Leadership
Charles is the founding Partner of Muganwa, Nanteza & Co. Advocates and with his stewardship has grown it into a profitable, highly reputable commercial entity in Uganda.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. Charles wields vast experience in commercial transactions and Intellectual Property spanning over twenty (20) years.
He is an astute legal practitioner with an extensive passion for the law, boasting numerous success stories in courtroom litigation as well as Arbitration. Until recently, he served as a Lecturer of Law at the Bar Course School (Law Development Centre).
Charles has advised major financial institutions on mortgaging, credit decisions, debt management, and corporate restructuring. He is an active litigation practitioner with a great track record in Uganda's Judicial system, all the way to the Supreme Court.
